Abstract: 

مقدمه: نظر به اینکه سیستم آموزشی فعلی جهت دانشجویان گروه پزشکی به نحوی است که دانشجویان بیشتر زمان آموزش خود را در چارچوب برنامه های رسمی محدود به شرایط تصنعی و کلاسیک طی می کنند، در نتیجه میزان رضایت از کیفیت آموزش به روش موجود و کاربرد آموخته ها در شرایط واقعی نیاز به بررسی و حتی تغییر در رویکرد حاضر دارد.مرور مطالعات: با مطالعه تاریخچه خدمات و آموزش جامعه نگر و جامعه محور در می یابیم که حدود یک قرن پیش به صورت Service learning ارایه خدمات و آموزش به فراگیران همزمان در بستر جامعه انجام می پذیرفت. از اوایل 1900 تاکنون، آموزش دهندگان متوجه اهمیت ارتباط خدمات با اهداف آموزش شده اند و درطی قرن از 1960 تا 1970 در نتیجه S.L گذشته این مفهوم در آموزش جایگاه خود را حفظ کرده است. اغلب برنامه های فعالیت دانشجویان در جامعه در راستای اهداف آموزش توسعه یافت. این S.L اساس اعتقاد و مشابه نگرش ساختار گراهاست که معتقدند تولید و ساخت دانش در افراد از دانش و تجربیات پایه و مقدماتی شروع می شود بطرف فرایند یادگیری، تفسیر و بحث پیرامون اطلاعات جدید در زمینه اجتماع و محیط فردی پیش می رود. در حقیقت مفهوم یادگیری دو طرفه اساس و وجه تمایز تجربه ناشی از آموزش به روش دانشجویان به اهداف آموزشی دروس خود با مشارکت در برنامه های ارایه خدمت در شرایط واقعی دست می یابند و جامعه نیز مستقیما از آن بهره مند می شود. در این روش هم فراگیر و هم جامعه بهره مند می شوند. و فراگیران فعالانه به تولید محصول و خدمت مرتبط با اهداف آموزش می پردازند. با توسعه نگرشها، باورها و رفتارها در ارتباط با جامعه، شهروندانی مطلع و نیروی کار تولیدی تربیت می کنند. در این روش اساس کار دریافت باز خورد از جامعه و مدرسان است که به فراگیران فرصت می دهد دانش جدید خود را با دیگران مطرح کند و آموخته های خود را برای دیگران معنی دار کنند.بحث: در آموزش سنتی مردم بر خدماتی که دریافت میکنند، هیچ گونه کنترلی ندارند، فراگیران نیز قدرت مداخله و کاربرد آموخته های خود را ندارند ولی در این آموزش، تمام ابعاد نیازهای مردم دیده می شود و فراگیران با مشارکت مردم روی نیازها کار می کنند، مردم بر ارایه خدمات نظارت دراند. انریش می گوید: یادگیری فراگیران از طریق خواندن کتابهای قطور در اطاقهای در بسته ایجاد نمی شود، بلکه باید درهای پنجره ها را باز کرد و به دنبال تجربه بود. در نهایت به کمک SL فرصتی برای آزمون مسوولیت پذیری، تبدیل شدن به یک شهروند خوب را برای فراگیران در حین دستیابی به اهداف آموزش و ارایه خدمت به مردم ایجاد نماییم.

Abstract: 

Purpose: This study aimed to determine the factors affecting Service Learning (SL) in Elementary school students in Tehran. Methodology: The present descriptive survey research was conducted in terms of the goal as basic with mixed approach, exploratory categorization. In the qualitative part, in addition to using specialized texts in the field of SL, Teachers and specialists active in the field of service learning were interviewed; participants in quantity part included elementary school teachers in the same city. In the qualitative section, the sample included 30 people who were selected by targeted sampling method, considering 5-15 people for each variable, and in quantitative one, 309 people were randomly selected via singlestage cluster. To collect data in the qualitative part, analysis of texts related to service learning, and semi-structured interview, and in the quantitative part of the study, the researcher-made questionnaire were used. Findings: For data analysis in the qualitative part, content analysis and in quantitative, exploratory factor analysis were administered. The results showed that five factor categories affect the implementation of service learning in schools, which were respectively (based on factor load value) at the following: 1) professional and general competence factor of teachers, with 25 indicators and factor load of 0. 694. 2) The atmosphere factor of School, with 8 indicators and operating load 0. 680. 3) Curriculum development, with 34 indicators and factor load of 0. 631. 4) Educational leadership, with 12 indicators and factor load of 0. 0670. 5) School relationship with community, with 7 indicators and operating load 0. 646. Conclusion: In general, in order to increase students' orientation of service learning, the competency and capability of teachers should be improved through new software methods and technology, furthermore, the school space should be appropriately enriched in terms of content, curriculum and educational programs to meet students’ basic needs and to establish effective relation between the school, and influential factors in the society.

Abstract: 

The prevalence rate of mathematics learning disorder among elementary students of Qom province in the academic year of 2006-2007 was studied. 3282 third, fourth and fifth graders, selected by partial sampling method from 7 educational districts, responded to the Mathematics Learning Disorder Diagnostic Tests (Malekpour, 1994; Faramarzi, 1996). The visual and auditory statuses of the students were also checked by referring to their health status files. Raven Progressive Matrices (Raven, 1965) was also used for students with scores lower than the cutoff point. Students with lower than normal intelligence scores and visual or auditory impairments were omitted from the sample. Results showed the prevalence rate of 2.92% which was significantly higher than the prevalence rate of mathematics learning disorder reported in DSM-IV-TR. No significant gender differences were observed but the prevalence rate of the disorder in district four differed significantly with districts one, two, three and six and districts one and six also showed significant difference. The implications of these findings regarding prevention, appraisal and diagnosis of the disorder, and intervention were discussed.

Abstract: 

This research aimed to develop a model for a learning school in Iran that can effectively respond to unpredictable environmental changes. The study employed a systematic literature review, foundational data theory, and MAXQDA10 software to identify the components and dimensions of a learning school in Iran. The research focused on the field of learning organizations and higher education documents in Iran from 2005 to 2022. Initially, a search was conducted in the Islamic World Science Database (ISC) resulting in 146 articles, out of which 10 articles were selected as the final research sources after various screening processes. Through analysis and coding stages, the researchers identified 318 primary codes, 105 secondary codes, 10 themes, and 3 significant dimensions. The learning school model included three key dimensions: the structure of the learning organization (professional leadership, learning environment, learning processes), learning organization technologies (knowledge management technology, learning technologies), and learning organization skills (personal capabilities, mental models, shared vision, team learning, and systemic thinking). To validate the coding process, the researchers utilized the two-coder agreement method, measuring the kappa coefficient, which yielded a value of 0. 68. Additionally, expert opinions confirmed the validity of the coding and the level of influence of the criteria on each other in the model. In conclusion, this research successfully developed a model for a learning school in Iran, emphasizing the importance of an adaptable structure, effective use of learning technologies, and the cultivation of necessary skills. The findings provide valuable insights for schools in Iran to respond innovatively and promptly to environmental changes.

Abstract: 

سال هاست که توجه محققین به مساله تغییر رفتار پس از ارائه آموزش جلب شده است. وجود فاصله بین آموزش دانشگاهی و اعمال اجرایی روزانه در محل های کاری و نیز برآورده نشدن همه نیازهای محیط کار توسط دانش آموختگان محیط آموزشی که اصطلاحا تفاوت بین تئوری و عمل نام دارد، سبب شکل گرفتن نوعی روش یادگیری به نام یادگیری مبتنی بر عملکرد (Practice-based learning) گردید. مفهوم یادگیری مبتنی بر عملکرد، مفهومی گسترده است که به عنوان یک استراتژی کلیدی جهت پیشرفت دادن یادگیری فراگیران و دخیل کردن آنان در فرآیند یادگیری خود، که منجر به کسب درک بهتر و عمیق تر از موقعیت می شود بکار می رود. این مطالعه سعی دارد تا ضمن ارائه تعریفی جامع از Practice-based learning، به نحوه و مراحل اجرا، ارزشیابی و چالش های پیش روی این روش آموزش بپردازد.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors affecting the formation of leading schools, so that it can be used in Iran's education. For this purpose, first, according to the research background and theoretical foundations, a conceptual framework was presented in the field of the components of an efficient and progressive school. Due to the nature of the subject, this research is an applied and developmental research and its method is of a mixed type, and includes quantitative and qualitative methods. According to the obtained information, the statistical population is about 3000 people. The sample size is estimated to be 344 people using Morgan's table. Stratified sampling method was used for sampling in this research, and 84 managers and 260 teachers participated in this study. The tool of this research is a researcher-made questionnaire. To analyze the data and answer the research questions, the correlation coefficient test and factor analysis were used. The results of the research showed that the components of management and leadership, research factors, educational factors, human resources, budget and infrastructure, technology and equipment are the main components of the formation of leading schools, and the component of educational factors has the largest contribution.

Abstract: 

Purpose: Managers are one of the important elements of an organization, for this reason, in order to draw the future of the organization, it is necessary for the planners to specify the conditions of their selection and appointment. Therefore, the current research has been done with the aim of identifying and analyzing the components of selecting future principals.Method: In this research, comparative and benchmarking method is used as a prospective approach. This approach is based on the belief that today's advanced organizations/countries can be considered as a model for the future of another organization/countries in their respective subjects. For this, first, the fields of comparison and benchmarking were determined using Brody's four-step comparison method; then the countries of Canada, Finland, Australia, South Africa, and Japan were selected according to the qualitative balance value in the international advanced TEAMS test, human development index, life quality index(health, instruction, and welfare), education quality index, and other scientific-scholarly indexes; finally, by extracting the criteria for the selection and appointment of principals through content analysis and comparison with Iran, the proposed framework for Iran has been presented.Findings: A total of 61 components for the selection of secondary school principals were identified from among the studies conducted in the selected countries in this article. By extracting the commonalities and differences of each of the components among the countries, it was found that the highest index of manager selection and appointment belongs to Japan and the lowest one is related to Finland.Conclusion: There are similarities between the components of selection of principals of secondary schools in Iran and selected countries. In Iran, special attention should be paid to important components such as adherence to religious principles, appropriate personality traits, creativity and innovation, motivation to develop capabilities, professional growth, power of supervision and accountability, social image, leader skills, and purposefulness and foresight.
